Report a Device-Related School Issue or Incident

Unplug.Scot is a parent and teacher campaining organisation in Scotland.

We are currently collecting reports of harms linked to digital devices in Scottish schools - both state and independent schools.

We are collecting this evidence to demonstrate the types of incidents that are happening in schools and to support our discussions with policy makers.

We are collecting reports related to all digital devices in use in schools. This includes personal smartphones, and school-supplied tablets and laptops, both used in class or required at home for homework.

This form can be used to report both major or minor issues or incidents, including anonymously - the goal is to build a broad picture of the issues - so please add any concerns you have, but importantly please do not include any names of children, staff or school details.

Please feel free to anonymously add reports here, but if you feel happy to leave your email it would be very helpful, so we can follow up to verify details.
